Two men charged with rape have appeared in the New Plymouth District Court on Monday.
Police say the men, both aged 18, were at a social gathering on Friday night when the alleged rape of a 17-year-old woman took place.
One of the men is also accused of recording the rape, along with another 18-year-old New Plymouth man.
The two men on the rape charges have been released on bail.
The third man charged with recording the incident will appear in court later this week.
