Firefighters contained a fire in the bedroom of a house in Dunedin on Monday afternoon.
The Fire Service says several engines were sent to the High Street home, near Hope Street, near the centre of the city.
It was initially feared people were in the house but all the occupants have been accounted for and there are no injuries.
