Police have found fake military-style weapons at the Auckland house of a member of the Hells Angels Nomad Outlaw motorcycle gang.
The Organised Financial Crime Agency was looking for a gang member, after someone reported intimidation in a public place, when it came across the imitation weapons. They include look-alike AK47 assault rifles and two machine-guns.
The imitation firearms are being examined and charges may follow.
The police also seized clothing emblazoned with the Hells Angels New Zealand logo.
