Police say they have arrested a man in relation to a shooting in central Auckland on Sunday.
They say the shooting took place in Kupe Street, in Orakei, at 1pm, sparking several witnesses to call the police.
They say a man suffered injuries to his temple but was not seriously hurt.
Police say the arrested man, who's 26, will be interviewed before detectives decide if any charges will be laid.
