Twenty-one people have been injured in a minibus crash in Waikato.
The accident happened on State Highway 29 west of Cambridge on Wednesday afternoon.
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter says a 53-year old woman with a chest injury was flown to Waikato Hospital, before the helicopter returned to transfer a 47-year old Auckland man with chest and cervical injuries.
An ambulance spokesperson says two people in a serious condition were also taken to the hospital by ambulance.
The spokesperson says another 18 people with moderate or minor injuries were transported to other hospitals by ambulance.
