The latest cover of Newsweek magazine in the United States was designed by a group of New Zealand students.
The 9 July edition was done by three designers from the Otago University student magazine Critic, after its covers were displayed on a German magazine website blog and seen by US editors.
The cover features a splintered image of a woman wearing headphones under the headline ''i-Crazy - Panic. Depression. Psychosis. How connection addition is rewiring our brains''.
Newsweek has a circulation of 1.5 million copies and claims 14 million readers.
Critic editor Joe Stockman says working on the cover and reaching so many readers is a dream come true.
