Police are seeking the public's help to find a man in relation to an alleged sexual assault in Te Kuiti.
Detective Paul Galletta, of Te Awamutu, says a warrant to arrest Michael Martin, 33, was issued by Te Kuiti District Court in May.
The man is from Te Kuiti and is a gang member, but has associates throughout Waikato.
Mr Martin is described as Maori, of medium build and 169 centimetres tall.
Police say they will charge anyone found to be helping him.
