A convicted child offender wanted by the police for breach of supervision conditions has handed himself in.
Michael Stevens, 26, was convicted in 2004 and had since been released from prison.
Police had been looking for him, saying he was considered a high risk offender.
He surrendered on Thursday morning at Hamilton Central Station and will appear in Hamilton District Court later in the day.
