The Bus and Coach Association says it will hold a forum to look at security and safety following the death of a Wellington driver.
Herman Curry, 64, was found unconscious on the ground near his bus at the Waterloo Interchange bus depot in Lower Hutt on Friday night.
Initial post-mortem results indicate he was not assaulted.
His cash box was missing and four young men turned themselves into police on Sunday.
A 20-year-old man has been charged with stealing the cash box and and $153.50 in cash.
The Tramways and Public Transport Union has also said it will continue to put pressure on the Government for security cameras to be installed in buses.
