[b Police have identified another victim of the Christchurch earthquake, bringing the official death toll to 170.
Rika Hyunga, 30, of Japan died when the CTV building collapsed on 22 February.
The CTV building housed an English language school.
Eleven people missing and presumed dead are yet to be identified.
