A fresh round of community briefings get underway in Christchurch suburbs this week.
Mayor Bob Parker says staff will be returning to some areas, bringing updates and representatives from all of the agencies involved in the recovery operation.
On Monday, briefings will be held in Bromley Park from 3.30pm to 5pm and in Woolston Park from 6pm to 7.30pm.
The briefings on Tuesday will be held in Richmond Park and St Albans Park.
They'll be held in the open air, so people should dress for the weather and bring a seat.
