A reduced speed limit has been introduced to more roads in Christchurch affected by a powerful earthquake in September.
A 30km/h speed restriction has been in place in the city centre and Dallington, Avonside and Richmond.
The Christchurch City Council has extended that to New Brighton Road between Palmers and Baker - Rockinghorse Road, from No 163 to Mermaid - and Queenspark Drive between Brentwood and Inwoods.
The council says police are enforcing the reduced speed limit.
