The unemployment rate in the Eurozone reached a record 10.7% in January.
Eurostat, the EU data agency, estimates 16.9 million people were out of work.
But there are enormous differences between individual countries. Spain continues to have the highest unemployment rate at 23.3%, while Austria has the lowest at 4%.
Inflation in the Eurozone also rose in February, from 2.6% in January to 2.7%.
