Z Energy plans to sell nine petrol station sites in the North Island and lease them back to raise cash to expand its network.
The properties are in Paihia, Auckland, New Plymouth, Marton, Palmerston North, Havelock North, Wellington and Opotiki.
Z Energy says most of the properties have 12-year leases and will be an attractive opportunity for investors.
The company won't say how much money it hopes to raise.
Z Energy currently has 220 petrol stations and says it is constantly looking for new opportunities.
