The New Zealand market finished the week higher after creeping up on Thursday.
The NZX50 index rose 16 points to close at 3323 on turnover of $71 million.
At 5.06pm, the NZ dollar was at 83.47 US, 78.64 Australian, 52.27 pence, 64.65 yen, 0.6004 euro. The Trade Weighted Index stands at 72.39.
Fletcher Building was up 2 cents to $7.75, Telecom rose 2c to $2.495, and Contact Energy was up 3c at $5.40.
Sky City Entertainment rose 1c at $3.50, Sky Network Television remains unchanged at $5.50, and Auckland International Airport was up 0.5c at $2.30.
Fisher and Paykel Healthcare rose 2c to $2.16, The Warehouse was up 1c to $3.42, Kathmandu fell 2c to $2.04, and Hallenstein Glasson remains unchanged at $3.31.
Vector was up 2c to $2.47, Ebos Group rose 6c to $6.70, Cavalier Carpets remains unchanged at $3.20 and NZX is unchanged at $2.30.
New Zealand Wine Company remains unchanged at $1.10 after it lost $3.2 million in the year to June, an increase of 68% compared with the previous year.
Pyne Gould Corporation was down 1c at 31c, after the company said it expects to report an after-tax loss of $141.1 million in the year to the end of June.
