Sky Television has struck a three-year deal with Telecom to resell its television services.
The agreement allows Telecom to bundle Sky services with its homeline, mobile and broadband products. It will still offer the TiVo service.
Sky has similar resale agreements with Slingshot, TelstraClear and Vodafone already.
Shares in Sky rose 5 cents to $5.67 on Monday while shares in Telecom climbed 2c to $2.39.
