Kiwi Income Property Trust is to spend $10 million to refurbish its Centre Place Shopping Centre in Hamilton.
The Trust will upgrade the existing foodcourt, add a new dining lane and convert a slip lane into an an outdoor dining area.
The work will be finished in time for the Rugby World Cup.
