Telecom has sold part of its Australian arm, AAPT, to the internet provider, iiNet.
The $A60 million sale was finalised on Thursday, after iiNet shareholders approved the deal.
Meanwhile, Telecom says the sale of its shareholdings in Macquarie Telecom and iiNet, have generated about $A140 million in cash since July.
