No surprises are expected in Fisher & Paykel Healthcare's annual results when they are released this week.

The listed medical equipment maker made $62.2 million in the year to the end of March 2009.

Forsyth Barr analyst Guy Hallwright says the company's respiratory and acute care, and its obstructive sleep apnea business, both have strong growth outlooks.

Shares in Fisher & Paykel Healthcare have risen more than 20% in the last seven months. They fell 6 cents to close at $3.38 on Friday.

The company is to issue its full year results on Wednesday.
