Natural sweetener maker BioVittoria is delaying its float on the sharemarket.
The company says investors have requested more time to digest the offer at a time when the investment community is dealing with a large number of debt and equity issues.
BioVittoria says it has received solid interest from investors.
The offer will now close on 11 December and the company expected to float on 18 December.
