The New Zealand share market fell 17 points, or 0.6%, to close at 3130 on Thursday. Turnover was $68 million.
Telecom rose 1 cent to $2.62 per share, Fletcher Building fell 18c to $8.31 and Contact Energy was up 3c to $5.76
Hallenstein Glasson gained 11c to $3.05 after its annual profit fell by almost a fifth.
Pumpkin Patch was down 5c to $1.97 after announcing on Wednesday it lost $26.7 million in the year to July.
Restaurant Brands was up 1c to $1.23 after its announcement that overall sales rose 4.8% in the second quarter.
Rakon was down 3c to $1.25 after raising $45 million from institutional investors to help fund a new manufacturing plant in China.
Pyne Gould Corporation fell 18c to 81c after announcing details of its $270 million capital raising.
