Spark has sold another one of its international businesses, as part of a strategy to focus on its New Zealand operations.
The telecom and digital services company says it has an agreement to sell its international voice business to Australian-based My Net Fone for $22 million.
Spark says the business offers wholesale voice traffic around the world and contributes about $3 million - $4 million a year to its underlying operating profit.
The company will retain its international data business.
