NZX regulator says no breach by Gentrack

NZX Regulation said it has completed an investigation into the technology company, Gentrack, but has not identified any breach of a main board listing rule.

That rule requires information to be immediately disclosed to the market once a company is aware of it.

NZXR said it is not taking any further action or making any further comment.

Yesterday, the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) said it would not take any action against Gentrack because it said the firm's prospectus was not misleading or untrue.

SLI Systems appoints Neil Thomas

SLI Systems says it has appointed Neil Thomas to the role of chief revenue officer and president of North America.

It said in appointing Mr Thomas and creating the president role, SLI is making ongoing investment in executive capability in the company's largest market.

Rothbury Insurance Brokers wins gong

Rothbury Insurance Brokers has won the large broking company of the year award.

The awards are run by the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance.

ikeGPS appoints two new execs

ikeGPS has made two executive appointments.

Dr Richard Mander is taking on the role of executive vice-president of engineering.

Meanwhile, Peter Shaw has become head of software engineering.

ikeGPS said the positions will report to the chief executive and both men will join the company's executive team.
