The DNZ Property Fund says occupancy rate was almost 100 percent at the end of its third financial quarter.
The weighted average lease term was at 5.5 years for the three months to the end of December, and full lease expiries for 2014 actually reduced by 1.5 percent during the quarter.
The Fund has an investment property portfolio with more than $770 million worth of commercial, industrial and retail properties across New Zealand's main centres.
