Goodman Property Trust wants to raise up to $100 million from seven-year senior secured bonds.
The interest rate paid on the bonds is expected to be between 6.1% - 6.3% with the actual rate announced on 11 December .
Standard & Poor's has rated the bonds as BBB+.
