Former Air New Zealand chief executive Rob Fyfe says he plans to return to New Zealand to find a full time executive role next year.
Mr Fyfe does not plan to seek re-election to the board of beauty products company Trilogy at its annual meeting in September.
Mr Fyfe, who is in London, has said he had no ambitions to run another airline.
