Sky Network Television will be added to the stock exchange's top 10 stocks index from next Monday, 22 April.
The pay television operator will replace Chorus.
NZX says the company now meets the ranking and liquidity requirements for inclusion.
News Corporation sold its 44% stake in Sky Network Television last month.
