The Commerce Commission has received an application from Hamilton Radiology to form a joint venture with Midland MRI and Medimaging.
The joint venture will acquire the radiology assets of Medimaging.
All three companies provide private radiology services in Hamilton including x-rays, ultrasounds and MRI scans.
