The country's largest provider of temporary staff Allied Work Force Group is aiming to grow by at least 25% this year as it benefits from a weak economy.

The listed company places nearly 4000 workers into temporary employment every day.

It has expanded from placing blue collar workers in the construction industry to eight different sectors.

Chief executive Mike Huddleston says despite the weak market the company continues to grow.

He says construction is very weak but the company continues to do well in the manufacturing, food processing and logistics sector and also in terms of roading and infrastructure.
