Opus International Consultants has confirmed it's won a contract worth £49 million with a British council.
Together with Arup, a joint venture partner, Opus will develop and manage technical programmes for Hertfordshire County Council's highway network.
The £7 million per year contract is for seven years, with the possibility of being extended by another five years.
