Fletcher Building gained 14 cents at $6.35, Telecom down half a cent at $2.43 and Chorus was up 1 cent at $3.15.
Fisher & Paykel Healthcare was down 1 cent at $2.09, Fisher & Paykel Appliances was 1 cent lower at 55 cents, Sky City Entertainment gained 1 cent at $3.54, while Sky TV was unchanged at $4.96.
Contact Energy was up 3 cents at $4.73, Auckland International Airport was down 3 cents at $2.47, while Air New Zealand was unchanged at 86.5 cents.
Vector fell 3 cents to $2.63 after saying it has completed three significant natural gas sale contracts with Fonterra, New Zealand Steel and Mighty River Power.
Opus International Consultants was up 2 cents to $2.17 after announcing a major contract with Hertfordshire County Council in the United Kingdom.
Freightway was unchanged at $3.75, Mainfreight was up 7 cents at $9.87, Kathmandu was unchanged at $1.45, Michael Hill was down 2 cent at $1.02 and Pumpkin Patch was unchanged at 91 cents.
Trade Me was unchanged at $3.84.
At 5.20pm on Monday, the New Zealand dollar was buying 77.66 US cents, 77.83 Australian cents, 49.94 pence, 61.87 Yen and 0.6146 euro. The Trade Weighted Index was at 70.48.
