A 46-year-old man who was one of three teenagers who killed a man in Auckland 28 years ago has been sent back to prison.
The man was granted parole 14 years ago.
The Parole Board decided Shane Karepa posed an undue risk to the public after he moved homes without telling his parole officer, thereby breaking one of his release conditions.
Karepa will reappear before the board again in May.
