Food prices have fallen, led by seasonally lower fruit and vegetable prices.
Official figures show food prices dropped 0.7 percent in February, with tomatoes, onions, apples and grapes all falling.
Snack foods, cheese and chocolate also declined, as did chicken.
But beef hit record highs, with the average price for a kilo of porterhouse steak at $29.37.
Compared to the same month a year ago, food prices declined 0.5 percent.
