Police in Christchurch are looking for a man who removed his electronic monitoring bracelet on Thursday night.
Richard John Percival, 37, removed his bracelet about 10pm on Thursday, in the suburb of Burnside.
Detective senior sergeant Greg Cottam said Percival had breached his home detention conditions and there was a warrant out for his arrest.
He said anyone who sees him should not approach him but contact the police immediately.
Percival is described Maori, nearly 180 cm tall, and of medium build.
