Police say the death of a man, whose body was found in his Christchurch home on Sunday, is not suspicious.
Officers completed a scene examination of an address in Linwood today as part of an investigation into the death of 64-year-old Robert Varley.
Detective Inspector Tony Hill said following the investigation, police were satisfied that the circumstances of his death were not suspicious.
The matter has now been referred to the Coroner.
