A gas leak in Wellington's Cuba Street has been contained and the all clear has been given, Fire Service says.
Emergency services were alerted at about 8am today following reports of an odd smell and firefighters detected a carbon monoxide leak.
Two people were evacuated and assessed by paramedics.
Fire Service said an investigator was on the scene and working to determine the cause of the leak.
