Yesterday marked the 40th anniversary of the Trades Hall Bombing in Wellington.

One of the many who were on the scene in the immediate aftermath of the explosion was the Evening Post's industrial relations reporter Tim Donoghue.

10:45 'Tally ho tweeders!': Cyclists swap lycra for tweed  

Hundreds of cyclists are set to come to together for a mass ride in Greytown in Saturday - but there won't be any lycra in sight. 

Instead of skin tight sportswear it will be a sea of soft woollen fabrics for the Tweed Ride.
