Taita College's principal says the students aren't going to be put off by protestors trying to encourage them not to get vaccinated.
The school is on guard for more disruption on Thursday, after anti-vaccination protesters stood outside the Hutt Valley school on Wednesday attempting to deter students from getting vaccinated.
Police were called and staff helped the students get inside safely.
Principal Karen Morgan told Morning Report she's charging ahead with the vaccination drive.
