Vast majority of sexual abuse claims to ACC failing

From Morning Report, 7:10 am on 18 May 2021

Ninety-five percent of sexual abuse claims to ACC are failing.

The vast majority give up their fight for long term support because they say the process is too traumatic.

Advocates are outraged and say this proves the system isn't working for survivors.

The ACC Minister disagrees, but the revelation is prompting her to seek more information from her agency about what is happening.

Anusha Bradley reports.
