Some rural doctors and nurses are turning down their chance to get a Covid-19 jab because they can't take hours out of their busy day to get it.
Whangamata GP Fiona Bolden, who heads the rural GP network, says she worries it's a sign of what is to come for the wider rural community.
She told health correspondent Rowan Quinn more needs to be done to make sure both the frontline health workers and all rural people have fair access to the vaccine.
