Manaaki Rangatahi - a network of youth support agencies - are calling on the government to end the use of hotels as emergency accommodation for young homeless New Zealanders.
They say many vulnerable young people are at risk of abuse and harrassment in unfit facilities without a responsible adult to care for them.
