Consumer New Zealand wants the Commerce Commission to investigate Airbnb and Bachcare over what it describes as unfair cancellation terms.
Consumer Chief executive Jon Duffy says the booking sites' policies have resulted in some customers being hundreds of dollars out of pocket.
