A Covid-19 Alert Level 1 crowd has taken the election debates between Jacinda Ardern and Judith Collins to a whole new level.
The two faced off in front of a packed audience in the Christchurch Town Hall last night for the Press Leaders Debate.
It was the fiestiest performance so far, with the two leaders clearly feeding off the energy of the crowd.
There were big clashes on the government's Covid-19 response, the Canterbury DHB, and electric vehicles.
