The chief executive of Rotorua's Skyline Enterprises says staff are worried they may have come in contact with Covid-19.
The Ministry of Health has confirmed that a woman who tested positive for the virus visited the tourist attraction on the 9 August.
They also visited other tourist locations and eateries in Rotorua.
