A New Zealand Olympian says the Chinese swimmer Sun Yung should have been banned for life.
In 2014 he was convicted of using a performing enhancing drug - and was banned from swimming for three months.
But he is currently competing at the World Champs in South Korea where he has been snubbed on the podium following controversy surrounding a subsequent drug test.
