Air NZ Dreamliner scrutiny ongoing after urgent landing

Morning Report has received a rarely released cockpit transcript that gives an insight into what happened when one of the engines on an Air New Zealand Dreamliner failed just after takeoff. The transcript gives the details of the exchanges between the pilot and air traffic control after the flight from Auckland to Tokyo on December 5 2017 was forced to return to Auckland for an urgent landing.
