Tiger Woods makes a suprise comeback

Long written off by most commentators as having any chance of ever again becoming a force in world golf, Tiger Woods confounded his doubters by coming within a whisker of a PGA win at the weekend. Woods came to the final hole of the Valspar Championship in Florida needing a birdie to tie with the leader and force a play-off - his 13 metre birdie putt came up 60cm short. It was the first time since 2013 the 42-year-old Woods had broken par for ever round in a tournament. He says he's pretty happy with how he's currently performing.
