Clutha struggles with P, demands more addiction help

There's a call for more addiction support services in the sleepy Otago area of Clutha District as authorities there struggle to deal with increasing methamphetamine issues. One district councillor wants a reduction in waiting times dealt with as a priority as the drug wreaks havoc on families in the area.
