US President Donald Trump says it's time to act with urgency and great determination toward North Korea. But speaking in Seoul last night, something was missing. It was the name-calling that he's consistently been engaging in for the past few months, but he has left the door open to direct talks of diplomacy. Mr Trump is expected to address South Korea lawmakers before his next stop on his Asia tour in China for talks with Xi Jinping. US correspondent Simon Marks joins us with his analysis.
