Samoa's caretaker PM risking jail-time

Samoa's caretaker Prime Minister is risking jail time by defying a court order to convene Parliament. On Monday, the Supreme Court ordered Parliament to sit within 7 days, so the government could be sworn in. The caretaker prime minister's HRPP party has 22 seats, to FAST's 26 seats, with three by-elections to come. RNZ Pacific's Dominic Godfrey speaks to Māni Dunlop.
